ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail in connection with FIR.No.98 of 2025 before the Mamda Police Station, Nirmal District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 61(2), 318(4), 336(2), 340(2)

read with 3(5) of BNS.

2. Heard Sri Divakar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri D.Arun Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondent – State.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner is not arrayed as accused in FIR.No.98 of 2025, he is receiving calls from the Investigating Officer, as such, there is threat of his arrest. Therefore, he prayed the Court to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner by allowing this criminal petition.

4. On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, divulged that petitioner is not arrayed as accused in the said crime.

5. Recording the said submissions, this Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending, if any, shall stand closed.
