ORDER:
Heard Sri M.Avinash Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Smt. S.Sravanthi, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration appearing for the respondents and perused the material on record. With their consent, this writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that aggrieved by the action of the respondent No.3 in failing to record reconstitution of the Petitioner firm vide Reconstitution Deed dated 17.08.2024 in the entry relating to the firm in the Register of Firms as required under Section 63 of the Partnership Act, 1932, the petitioner filed the present Writ Petition.
3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner firm submitted its application through online to the respondent No.3 vide Application No.1527897551120240913 on 13.09.2024 for change of constitution to be recorded in the Register of Firms as required under Section 63(1) of the Indian Partnership Act, 1932, and the same was returned on 13.09.2024.
