Rajinikanth Reddy, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3, Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondent Nos.4 to 7, Sri D.Narender Naik, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.8 and Sri Vadeendra Joshi, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.9 to 12.
2. This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondent Nos.6 and 7 in not considering the representation dated 09.05.2025 submitted by the petitioner seeking copies of mutation proceedings, issuance of pattadar passbooks etc. in respect of land in Sy.No.194 of Nagaram Village, Maheshwaram Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, under the provisions of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872/ the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023 (for short, ‘BSA, 2023’) as illegal.
3. It is contended by the petitioner that his mother Smt. Beerla Jangamma, is the absolute owner and possessor of Ac.1.20 guntas of land in Sy.No.180/
