Mr. Abdul Kabeer, learned counsel for the petitioner;

Mr. Tandra Ramesh, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Health, Medical and Family Welfare Department, appearing for respondent No.1 and Sri T.Sharath, learned Standing Counsel for Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences, appearing for respondent No.2 (hereinafter referred to as, “the University”).

2. With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard finally.

3. Petitioner seeks consideration of his prayer for registration and exercise of web option for admission to MBBS/BDS course under management quota ‘B&C’ category and participation in the ongoing counselling process for the academic year 2025-26.

4. Petitioner, a resident of Telangana State, appeared in the National Eligibility –cum-Entrance Test (NEET) UG 2025 for admission to MBBS/BDS course, and secured All India Rank 278415. Petitioner contends that he submitted an application for admission into MBBS/BDS course, for the academic year 2025-26, under ‘A’ category with requisite fee before the cut-off dat
