ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking the Court to enlarge the petitioner on bail, who is arrayed as accused No.1 in Crime No.650 of 2025 before the Sanjeeva Reddy Nagar Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under sections 143, 144(2) of BNS, and Sections

3, 4 and 7 of PIT Act, 1956.

2. The brief facts of the case are that the police received information about a brothel house operating from Flat No. 105, Everest Block C, Aditya Enclave, Ameerpet, Hyderabad. Based on this information, Sub Inspector R. Raju of the SR Nagar police station obtained a search warrant from the Assistant Commissioner of Police. On August 23, 2025, at around 6:45 PM, the police team, along with two panchas (witnesses), conducted a raid on the premises. During the raid, they found two female sex workers and a male customer. The person who answered the door, claimed to be the organizer. The police documented the details of all individuals present and seized relevant evidence.
