ORDER:
This criminal petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings in D.V.C.No.52 of 2025 against the petitioners- Accused Nos.2 and 3 on the file of the I Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum- I Additional Metropolitan Magistrate at Kushaiguda, for the offences under Section 9(b) and 37(2)(c) of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 (43 of 2005).
2. Heard Sri CMR Velu, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent No.1-State.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners restricted his arguments to the extent of dispensing with the presence of the petitioner before the trial court.
4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted to pass appropriate orders in the petition.
5. Perused the record.
6. However, in view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the attendance of the petitioners/accused Nos.2 and 3 is dispensed with before the trial Court, unless their presence is specifically required during the course of trial, provided that they shall be represented by their counsel on every date of hearing.
7. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of.
