ORAL ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.2 in Crime No.309 of 2025 of Miryalaguda Rural Police Station, Nalgonda District.

2. The brief facts of the case are that on 06.08.2025, in the evening, the SI of Police, Miryalaguda Rural, received reliable information that a brothel house was being run by Dundigala Shiva and Syed Sameera with the help of a female sex worker. After obtaining search proceedings from the SDPO, a raid was conducted at their rented house in Ravindernagar, Miryalaguda, at 18:00 hours. Dundigala Shiva escaped, while Syed Sameera was found running the brothel. During the raid, accused Nos.3 to 6 were caught along with victim Banothu Vaani. On enquiry, the accused confessed that accused Nos.1 and 2 were organizing prostitution. Two mediators were secured, and a confessional panchanama was recorded.
