ORDER:
This Contempt Case is filed by the petitioner under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, seeking to punish the respondents for non-compliance and willful disobedience of the orders/directions of this Court passed in I.A. No.1 of 2019 in W.P.No.18214 of 2019, dated 22.08.2019, despite having been seriously warned by this Court in its order dated 25.11.2022 passed in C.C.No.116 of 2020.
2. Heard Sri Mehboob Ali, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri.G.Madhusudhan Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos. 1 to 4, as well as Sri Srinivas Karra, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 5 to 8.

It is submitted that respondent Nos.1 to 4 have filed a common counter-affidavit, stating that the orders passed by this Court have been duly complied with and the unauthorized constructions were demolished on 20.03.2025. The respondents further stated that the construction of the building has been completed, and only the elevation work is currently in progress. They assert that the construction has been carried out while maintaining the required setbacks.
3.1. It is also submitted that sufficient setbacks have been provided around the building, which is evident from the report submitted by the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC). The respondents, however, submit that if there has been any omission or commission in compliance, the same may be viewed in light of the fact that the orders of this Court have been substantially complied with, and tendered an unconditional apology.
4. Unconditional apology tendered by the contemnor is accepted and in view of compliance of orders of this Court, Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, all pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
