ORDER:

The present Writ Petition is filed aggrieved by non-

consideration of the representation of the petitioner seeking permission to register online for counselling for admission into the MBBS/BDS Course under B-Category (Management Quota) for the academic year 2025-26.

2. Heard Sri Uzair Ahmed Khan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri T. Sharath, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent-University.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner had contended that the petitioner has appeared for National Eligibility-cum- Entrance Test (NEET)-UG 2025 and she had secured a decent rank. The respondent-University issued a notification dated 31.07.2025 inviting online registrations for B-Category (Management Quota) seats, with the last date being 07.08.2025. However, due to ill health, the petitioner was unable to register within the stipulated time. Subsequently, the petitioner had submitted a detailed representation, dated 19.08.2025 to the respondent-University. However, the said representation is not being considered by the respondent- University. Therefore, appropriate orders be passed in the Writ Petition by directing the respondents to consider her representation, dated 19.08.2025 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner had drawn our attention to the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.Nos.24560 and 24594 of 2025, wherein this Court vide order, dated 21.08.2025 was pleased to dispose of the Writ Petition by directing the respondents therein to consider the representation submitted by the petitioners therein.

5. Following the aforesaid order passed by this Court, the present Writ Petition may also be disposed of by directing the respondent-University to consider the representation, dated 19.08.2025 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

6. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent did not dispute about the said fact.

7. In view of the same, this Court is of the view that the present Writ Petition can be disposed of, directing the respondents to consider the representation, dated 19.08.2025 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

8. With the above observations/directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
