ORAL ORDER:

This transfer criminal petition is filed praying this Court to transfer DVC.No.7 of 2024 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, at Medak, to the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, at Kukatpally, having competent jurisdiction.

2. Heard Sri Ponnam Ashok Goud, learned counsel representing Sri Ponnam Mahesh Babu, learned counsel for petitioners, and Sri Syed Yasar Mamoon, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent No.2 - State.

Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the marriage between the petitioner and the 1st respondent was solemnized on 25.08.2021 as per Hindu rites and customs at Hotel Swagath Grand, Suchitra Circle, Hyderabad, and thereafter, the parties resided together as husband and wife. However, due to the persistent quarrels, abusive conduct, and financial exploitation by the 1st respondent and her family, the petitioner was subjected to immense mental distress.
