Heard Sri Katika Ravinder Reddy, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Smt S.Sravanthi, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents and perused the entire material on record. 2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner is not pressing against the respondent Nos.5 to 13. In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed against the respondent Nos.5 to 13.
3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is questioning the action of the respondents in interfering with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner’s land in Sy.No.136/1 admeasuring 3424 Square yards at Nagole Village, Ranga Reddy District and destroying the fencing made by the writ petitioner.
4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is the owner of the property to an extent of 3424 Square Yards equivalent to 29 guntas in Sy.No.136/1 of Nagole Village, Ranga Reddy District and the respondents are interfering with the possession of the petitioner by removing the fencing in spite of petitioner purchased the property through registered Sale Deeds bearing Document No.27077/2015, dated 30.12.201
