THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE NAMAVARAPU RAJESHWAR RAO WRIT PETITION No.18458 of 2025

ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief:

“….. to issue a Writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in fixing the differential pay scale of the petitioners as Rs.23,740/- in the Pay Revision Commission, 2015 and the persons who appointed at Eturunagaram Mulugu District were fixed as Rs.25,840/- even though appointments are in pursuance of DSC-2012 and also in not considering the request of the petitioners to extend the benefit as per judgment of this Court in W.P.No.42665/2017, dated 13.03.2025 as illegal, arbitrary, against Articles 14, 16, 39 (d) of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to re-fix the pay on par with appointees of the Eturunagaram, Mulugu District, as per the judgment of this Court in W.P.No.42665/2017 dt.13.03.2025 and pay all the benefits which petitioners are entitled”.
