ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents No.4 to 11 in interfering with the peaceful possession of the petitioner’s agricultural land to an extent of Acs.4.12 guntas in Sy.No.185/RU and Ac.1.00 guntas in Sy.No.186/LU total land admeasuring Ac.5.12 guntas, situated at Gurraladhandi Village, Bibinagar Mandal, Yadadri Bhongiri District and trying to lay the road from the middle of the petitioner’s agricultural land, without any prior notice and without following the provisions of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Government Pleader for Panchayat, appearing for respondents No.1 to 6 & 9, submitted that there is no road being laid in the petitioners’ property and even as per the schedule mentioned in the sale deed, there is a way in the eastern side of the petitioner’s property which is being repaired by filling the potholes and there is no attempt to lay any new road.

3. This Court vide order dated 25.09.2023 had also directed the petitioner to file a sketch map and photographs of the subject property but the petitioner failed to file the same.

4. Therefore, taking the submissions of the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj into consideration, this Court of the opinion that no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
