ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner dated 04.06.2025 for appointment to the Fair Price Shop on compassionate grounds in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.14 dated 16.06.2023.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner’s father was an authorized fair price shop dealer of Shop No.503, situated at Aghapura, Hyderabad, and died on 18.04.2025 due to ill health. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the petitioner and his family members were dependent on the income derived from the said fair price shop and after the demise of his father, the petitioner, with the consent of other legal heirs, made an application dated 04.06.2025 for appointment on compassionate grounds with all requisite documents. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said representation has not been considered so far.

Therefore, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
