ORDER:
Heard Smt. V.Yashoda, learned counsel representing Sri G.V.L. Murthy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner on record and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services (Home) appearing on behalf of the respondents.
2. The petitioner approached this Court seeking the prayer as under:
“….to issue a Writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the 3rd Respondent order 14/12/2020, subsequent order in appeal by the 2nd Respondent dt 26/7/2021 and order in Revision by the 1st Respondent dt 7/11/2022, dismissing the Petitioner from service without taking into consideration the acquittal order dated 7/8/2019 in CC. No. 806 of 2018 of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge cum XIV Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Rajendranagar, Ranga Reddy District amounts to selective punishment and set aside the same as illegal, arbitrary discriminatory and violation of Article 14, 16, 19 and 21 of the Constitution and against the principles of natural justice and in violation of Telangana CCA Rules 1991 and consequently
