Heard Sri Chikkudu Prabhakar, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Industries and Commerce appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.3 and 4 and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition appearing for respondent No.5. Perused the record.
2. This writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer:-
“…
declaring the inaction of the respondents on the applications made before 4th and 5th respondents by the petitioner dated 26.11.2012 and 17.09.2014 respectively, as illegal …”
3. Brief facts in this Writ Petition are that the father of the petitioner viz., late Buchaiah claims to be the owner and possessor of agricultural land to an extent of Ac.2-25 gts., in Sy.No.1598 situated at Madikonda Revenue village, Hanmakonda mandal, District Warangal, which is the ancestral property of petitioner’s father. The respondent authorities have acquired the said land and an Award was passed by respondent No.5, vide proceedings Rc.No.A/6687/81, dated 23.09.1986, for the 2nd respondent own utilization purpose in the year 1986.
