COMMON ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

“…to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the petitioner is entitled for (i) Treatment of suspension period from 09.07.2007 to 30.07.2009 as “on duty” for all purposes. (ii) Treatment of out of employment period from 12.05.2011 to 31.01.2020 as “continuity in service” for all purposes and payment of pay and allowances upto 31.01.2020.
