Per contra, learned Government Pleader for Home appearing on behalf of respondents while denying the writ averments would submit that there are inasmuch as five cases are registered against the sons of the petitioner herein on the file of 4th respondent police station; and that the petitioner had approached this Court on earlier occasion by filing Writ Petition vide W.P. No.10060 of 2025 wherein this Court had dismissed the said Writ Petition noting that the claim of petitioner of being in possession of the subject land and alleging being dispossessed therefrom not being established by producing the documents, in whatsoever form, cannot seek to claim of he being in possession of the land; and that the respondent authorities interfering with his possession again without bringing any new material on record.

7. Though the petitioner by the present Writ Petition has sought to declare the action of 4th respondent in harassing and trying to dispossess the petitioner by interfering with the petitioner’s land to an extent of Ac.2.24 gts in Sy. No.169, Murahar Doddi village, Krishna Mandal, Narayanpet District, the said claim is being made by the petitioner on the basis of pahanies of the period 1973-74 onwards without placing before this Court any documents be it pattadar passbook issued in his favour or any other revenue record to establish his title including alleged patta certificate granted in his favour.

8. Further, this Court in W.P. No.10060 of 2025 having negatived similar claim of the petitioner therein which is in respect of land admeasuring Ac.10.12 gts. of which the present extent of land forms part, without producing any documents in whatsoever form, this Court is of the view that the present Writ Petition as filed is also devoid of merit and is accordingly, dismissed. No order as to costs.
