THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE NAMAVARAPU RAJESHWAR RAO WRIT PETITION No.18063 of 2025

ORDER:

Heard Sri V. Durga Nageswara Rao, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri P. S. Rajsheker, learned Standing counsel for TSPSC appearing for respondent No.1 and perused the material available on record.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition is filed questioning the inaction of the respondent in not considering the representation submitted by the petitioner on 26.05.2025. It is further submitted that the petitioner while applying for Group-II examination by the notification given by the Telangana Public Service Commission bearing Notification No.28/22 dated 29.12.2022. It is further submitted that the petitioner has attached Form-2 instead of Form-I, later when the petitioner realized her mistake, she thought of editing and correcting it through the respected website, but as there is no edit option in the respected website, then the petitioner immediately has sent the personal representation and also sent the representation via e-mail to the respondent for correcting of her mistake, as there is no edit option in the website.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that, for the said relief, the petitioner has made a representation on 26.05.2025 before the respondent-authority. Till today, the respondent-authority has not accepted the representation submitted by the petitioner.

4. Learned Standing counsel for the respondent submits that he has no objection to consider and dispose of the representation dated 26.05.2025, submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law.

5. Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for both the parties, without going into the merits of the case, the respondent-authority is directed to consider the representation dated 26.05.2025, submitted by the petitioner, and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of, at the admission stage itself. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
