ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to declare the action of the respondents in not considering the written representation dated 30.01.2025 submitted by the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary and unjust and consequently direct respondent to return the mortgaged documents (Original Sale deed vide Doc.No.976 of 2001 and 977 of 2001) and other link documents to the petitioner.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms.N.V.R.Rajya Lakshmi, learned standing counsel representing Mr.Gadi Praveen Kumar, learned Deputy Solicitor General of India for respondent No.3.

It is the case of the petitioner that petitioner claims to be absolute owner and possessor of Plot No.66, Sy.No.223 and 224 admeasuring 248 sq.yds., at Sahebnagar Kalan Village, Hayathnagar Revenue Mandal, Ranga Reddy District purchased from its original owner through registered sale deed vide Doc.Nos.976 and 977 of 2001 dated 03.02.2001 and the petitioner’s husband availed overdraft loan from respondent No.1/Bank and at the time of sanction of loan petitioner has deposited the said sale deeds.
