ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer:- “declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not issuing certificate for conversion of agricultural land to non-agricultural purpose in respect of the petitioners lands i.e., lands in Survey Nos.81/AA admeasuring Ac.1- 10 gts., 82/AA admeasuring Ac.6-10 guntas, 83 admeasuring Ac 0-31 guntas, 83/VU admeasuring Ac.1- 02 guntas, 83/VUU admeasuring Ac.1-02 guntas, 83/RU admeasuring Ac.0-11 guntas, 84/AA admeasuring Ac.4- 05 guntas, 84/EE admeasuring Ac.0-09 guntas, 141/EE admeasuring Ac.0-19 guntas, survey No.157/A admeasuring Ac.3-03 guntas, survey No.157/AA admeasuring Ac.0-25 guntas survey No.158 admeasuring Ac.0-16 guntas, survey No.158/AA admeasuring Ac.0-16-50 guntas, 158/E admeasuring Ac.0-15 guntas, 159/EE admeasuring Ac.0-16-50 guntas, 161 admeasuring Ac.3-26 guntas, 166/AA admeasuring Ac.1-27 guntas, 168 admeasuring Ac.0-28 guntas and survey No.171 admeasuring Ac.9-35 guntas, survey No.173 admeasuring Ac.2-02 guntas, thus totally admeasuring Ac.34-23 guntas situated at Narmetta village, Nanganur mandal, Medak District, Telangana (subject property) State inspite of petitioner application dated 28.01.2016 as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and also against the provisions of A.P.Agricultural land Conversion for nonagricultural purposes Act, 2006 and consequential directions to the respondents 2 and 3 to accord immediate permission certificate/NOC for conversion of agricultural land to Non-agricultural purpose in respect of the petitioner landed property as mentioned in the Ac.34-23 guntas situated at Narmetta village, Nanganur mandal, Medak District, Telangana State forthwith.”
2. The case of the petitioner is that petitioner had purchased the subject properties through various registered sale deeds and is in possession of the subject property. Thereafter, petitioner intended to develop the subject property into industrial establishment and accordingly approached respondent No.3 authority vide Application dated 28.01.2016 by enclosing all documentary evidence and also paid an amount of Rs.48,870/- through the challan and requested respondent No.3 for conversion of subject land from agriculture to non-agriculture and further requested respondent No.3 to issue NOC by converting the nature of the land. The main grievance of the petitioner is that inspite of filing application on 28.01.2016, till date no orders have been passed. Questioning the same, the present writ petition is filed.
3. Learned Additional Government Pleader for Revenue appearing on behalf of respondents submits that if the said representation is still pending for consideration, the respondent authorities may be directed to dispose of the orders in accordance with law.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel on either side and without going into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to dispose of the petitioner’s application, dated 28.01.2016 and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. Accordingly this writ petition is disposed of.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs.
