ORDER:

With the consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

2. Heard Sri B. Shiva Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, and learned Government Pleader for Home, appearing for the respondents. Perused the material on record.

3. The case of the petitioners is that they were appointed as Constables (Civil) in the respondent department and were subsequently promoted to the post of Head Constable on 15.02.2018 along with approximately 440 others by respondent No.4 - The Commissioner of Police, Cyberabad, in appreciation of the petitioners’ services. The petitioners are presently working in various police stations under the Rachakonda Commissionerate within the jurisdiction of the V-Zone of DIG Yadadri Range. Despite discharging their duties as Head Constables without any adverse remarks, the petitioners’ probation has not been declared.

4. The petitioners submitted multiple representations, including one dated 25.04.2023, requesting regularization of their services and fixation of seniority in the Head Constable category.
