ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking following relief:

“For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be please to pass an order or a writ or a direction, most specifically one in the nature of a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in stopping the Rytu Bandu to the petitioners and consequently direct the respondents to release the Rytu Bandu to the petitioners and pass such order or further orders are deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice.” 2. It is stated that the petitioners are the owners and possessors of agricultural land admeasuring Acs. 12.33 guntas in Survey Nos.106 (106/A) and 108 (108/A), situated at Metichandapur Village, Marriguda Mandal, Nalgonda District (for short, ‘the subject land’), having purchased the same from its original owner Sri Dasari Muthaiah through an ordinary Sale Deed dated 03.03.1996.
