ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking following relief:

“For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the Petitioner prays that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the Respondents in preventing and curbing the fraudulent sale and encroachment of the Petitioner’s land in Survey Nos. 1082 and 1089 of Balajinagar, Kukatpally Village, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, as illegal, arbitrary, and violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents to conduct a thorough enquiry through the Revenue and Police authorities, inspect the field and revenue records, and identify and demarcate the Petitioner’s rightful share and pas such other order or orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice and equity.”

2. It is stated that in the year 1986, the petitioner along with other co-sharers instituted a suit for partition and separate possession vide O.S.No.238 of 1986 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge at Saroornagar, Ranga Reddy Dist
