ORDER:
Heard Sri M. Ramgopal Rao, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and learned Government Pleader for Education appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and perused the material available on record.
2. The case of the petitioner is that the 2nd respondent issued DSC 1994 notification inviting applications for filling up of various categories of teacher posts throughout the erstwhile state of Andhra Pradesh including the post of Secondary Grade Teacher in Hyderabad District. The petitioner had applied for the said post and the 2nd respondent allow him to participate in the selection process along with others, as the petitioner fulfilled the eligibility criteria prescribed notification and the 3rd respondent issued appointment order and the petitioner along with his junior joined in service as SGT on 23.06.1995. Later, the 3rd respondent conducted promotion counseling to the post of School Assistant and both the petitioner and his junior were promoted on the same day and are drawing different pay scales.
