JUDGMENT:
This Second Appeal is filed challenging the judgment and decree dated 07.08.2024 in A.S.No.19 of 2020 on the file of the Principal District Judge at Medak, whereby and where under the judgment and decree dated 07.11.2019 in O.S.No.95 of 2014 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge at Narsapur was confirmed.
2. Heard Sri Jelli Kanakaiah, learned Senior Advocate, representing Sri Narendar Jalli, learned counsel for the appellant on record.
3. The appellant herein is plaintiff and respondents herein are defendants. For convenience, the parties are hereinafter referred to as they were arrayed before the trial court.
4. The brief facts of the case as averred in the plaint are that the plaintiff filed suit for perpetual injunction restraining the respondents/defendants from interfering with the peaceful possession of plaintiff of agricultural land admeasuring 0.11 guntas., in survey No. 268/A1 of Chitkul village of Kowdipally Mandal, Sangareddy District (herein after referred to as suit schedule property).
