ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, by the petitioner/plaintiff seeking for early disposal of I.A.No.517 of 2018 in O.S.No.121 of 2011 on the file of the learned Senior Civil Judge at Jagitial (for short, “the trial Court”).

2. Heard Mr.Boosa Shivachandra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the record.

3. The petitioner herein is the plaintiff and the respondents herein are the defendants before the trial Court. For the sake of convenience hereinafter, parties are referred to as the plaintiff and the defendants.

4. The brief facts of the case are that the plaintiff and defendant No.2 are the sisters and defendant No.1 is their brother and they are children of Gaddam Ashalu and Gaddam Narasamma. Gaddam Narasamma is the absolute owner and possessor of land to an extent of Acs.7.14 guntas in Sy.No.35 and Ac.1.09 guntas in Sy.No.340/A with a suit schedule A properties and constructed a residential house No.2-61 which is suit schedule B property.
