ORDER :
The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Article
227 of the Constitution of India challenging the docket order, dated 20.01.2025, passed in I.A.No.207 of 2025 in C.M.A.No.2 of 2025 by the VI Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, at Kukatpally (for short ‘the impugned order’).
2. Heard Mr.Syed Mounis Jafer Abidi, learned counsel for the petitioners. Perused the material available on record.
3. The learned first appellate court seized of C.M.A.No.2 of 2025 had issued urgent notices to the respondents and has fixed the matter on 12.02.2025. Thereafter, the matter was adjourned on a couple of occasions and the matter now stands posted on 25.06.2025 for the same cause.
4. The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is one which has been filed against the order of refusing to grant injunction, therefore, it is necessary for the court seized of C.M.A.No.2 of 2025 to decide the C.M.A.No.2 of 2025 or the I.A. filed in the said C.M.A.No.2 of 2025 for grant of ad interim relief at the earliest.
