This Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:

“...to pass an Order or a Direction or a Writ more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring the action of the Respondents 1 to 5 herein in trying to dispossess the Petitioner herein during the pendency of Revision Petition at the 1^st Respondent herein which preferred against the Order dt.5.11.2024 in C.M.A.No.43 of 2024 passed by the 2nd Respondent herein in confirming the ejectment order passed by the 4^th Respondent herein under Order dt.9.2.2021 in L.T.R. case No.87/2020/JLPD as arbitrary, autocratic, illegal, ultravires and against to the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the Respondents 1 to 5 herein not to dispossess the Petitioner herein from her agricultural lands admeasuring Ac.4.38 guntas covered under Survey No.1441 guntas situated at Papakollu village of Julurupadu Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District without due process of law in the interests of justice and pass...”
