2. It is stated that the petitioners are the pattadars and possessors of Ac.27.5 guntas of land in Sy.No.214 situated at Zaptiveerappagudem Village, Nalgonda District. It is further stated that the predecessors-in-interest of the petitioners were assigned the aforesaid lands as per the policy enunciated by the Government in G.O.Ms.No.1406, dated 26.07.1958 and G.O.Ms.No.1324, dated 26.03.1959.
