ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief:

“…to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the in-action of the respondent No.3 in not considering the representation dt 19.03.2025 in respect of issuance of patta passbooks to the petitioners as illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and settled principles of law and consequently direct the respondent No. 3 to issue patta passbooks to the petitioners herein and pass...”

2. It is stated that the petitioners are the pattadars and possessors of Ac.27.5 guntas of land in Sy.No.214 situated at Zaptiveerappagudem Village, Nalgonda District. It is further stated that the predecessors-in-interest of the petitioners were assigned the aforesaid lands as per the policy enunciated by the Government in G.O.Ms.No.1406, dated 26.07.1958 and G.O.Ms.No.1324, dated 26.03.1959. It is further stated that the revenue authorities also issued patta certificates in the year 1970s and 1980s and since then they are cultivating the subject land.
