O R D E R:

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings against petitioner/accused No.1 in C.C.No.581 of 2021 on the file of the learned VI Additional Metropolitan Magistrate-cum-VI Additional Junior Civil Judge, at L.B. Nagar.

2. No representation on behalf of the petitioner. Heard Mr.E.Ganesh, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No.1-State and Mr.Ravinder, learned counsel representing Mr.Hari Preeth, learned counsel for respondent No.2.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2, by filing the copy of e-Courts proceedings submits that C.C.No.581 of 2021 is disposed of vide judgment dated 08.08.2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class-Special (Mobile) PCR Act, Ranga Reddy-cum-IV Additional Metropolitan Magistrate- cum-IV Additional Junior Civil Judge and hence, no further orders are required in this Criminal Petition. Therefore, he seeks

4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor concedes to the said request.

5. Recording the submissions of both learned counsel and upon taking the copy of e-Courts proceedings onto the file, this Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
