ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the inaction of respondent No.3 in considering and disposing of the grievance filed by the petitioner vide registration No.SRPDC/E/2025/00135 dated 27.01.2025 against the erection of a cell tower granted to respondent No.6 as illegal and arbitrary.

2. This Court, vide interim orders dated 13.02.2025, has granted status quo as on that date with regard to the construction activity in respect of the subject cell tower.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed the copy of the photographs to demonstrate that certain construction activity is going on for the erection of a cell tower.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.6 submitted that he has no objection if direction is given to respondent No.2 to consider the objection/grievance of the petitioner and thereafter take a decision.

5. In view of the above submissions, this Court deems it fit and proper to direct respondent No.2 to consider the grievance of the petitioner dated 27.01.2025 and thereafter, take a decision with regard to the erection of the cell tower. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till a decision is taken by the respondents, the interim orders of status quo shall continue.

6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

7. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
