This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following relief: “to issue a Writ, Order or Direction particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the impugned Circular Roc.No. 4547/94C.3, dated 08.01.1996 issued by the 1^stRespondent and the impugned Proc. order Dis. No.101/Admn./2022, dated 06.01.2022 issued by 2^ndRespondent, and impugned letter under File No. A2/2991/2022, dated 27.02.2023 by 4^thRespondent rejecting the Petitioner’s request for pay protection from the past service in Government service under F.R 22(a)(iv), contrary to Fundamental Rules, as illegal, without jurisdiction, violative of Article 14, 16 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently set aside the same directing the Respondents to fix the pay of the Petitioner as per F.R 22(a)(i)v by taking his last pay drawn in Judicial department in the post of Typist with all consequential benefits and reliefs…”
