ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section

482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 by the petitioner/accused No.4, seeking to quash the proceedings against him in F.I.R.No.304 of 2023 of Jawaharnagar Police Station, Rachakonda, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 468, 471, 420, 188 r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, by furnishing a copy of written instructions would submit that investigation is completed in this case and charge sheet is filed before learned X A.M.M., Medchal in C.C.no.440 of 2023. Therefore, she seeks to dismiss the Criminal Petition as infructuous.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor and taking the copy of written instructions onto the file, the Criminal Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition if the cause survives.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
