ORDER:
This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in trying to evict the petitioners from their houses bearing Nos.6-6-273/3, 6-6-273/2 and 6-6-273/1 without considering their application for regularization submitted under G.O.Ms.No.58 Revenue (Assignment-I) Department dated 17.01.2015 as illegal and arbitrary and to direct the respondents not to dispossess the petitioners from the said houses till disposal of their application for regularization.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Assignment.
3. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that at the time of admission on 02.01.2018, this Court has submitted under G.O.Ms.No.58 Revenue (Assignment- I) Department dated 17.01.2015. He further submits that in spite of lapse of more than seven (7) years, the respondents did not choose to file counter or vacate petition denying the averments made by the petitioners and requested to direct the respondents not to dispossess the petitioners from the subject properties till disposal of their application for regularization.
