“…to declare the action of the respondents in not releasing and paying the retirement benefits consequent on retirement on attaining the age of superannuation on 30.4.2017 including Full Pension, Gratuity and Encashment of Earned Leave to the petitioner on the ground of pendency of 1) Charge Memo.No. PE/224/2017, dt: 12.4.2017 (allegation pertaining the year 2016-2017), 2) Charge Memo.No. Pen/49/2017, dt: 18.4.2017 and Supplementary Charge Memo.No. Pen/49/2017, dt: 25.4.2017 (allegation pertaining to the year 2012- 2013, 3)Charge Memo.No. G/937/2016, dt: 25.4.2017 (allegation pertaining to the year 2013)…”
