:

Heard Mr. Yemmiganur Soma Srinath Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Bala Krishna Mandapati, learned counsel for the respondent. Perused the record.

2. The instant contempt case has been filed alleging breach of the order dated 29.11.2024 passed in C.R.P.No.2312 of 2024. It is relevant to mention, at this juncture, that while allowing C.R.P.No.2312 of 2024, this Court had made the following modification to the order dated 04.06.2024 passed in I.A.No.61 of

2024 in F.C.O.P.No.532 of 2023 in the following manner:

“(i) Visitation rights shall be available to the petitioner (mother) on every Sunday of the month from 03:00 P.M. to 08:00 P.M;

(ii) The venue of the visitation would be GVK Mall, Road No.1, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad;

(iii) The respondent (father) shall handover the two minor children to the petitioner (mother) at the aforesaid location before 03:00 P.M. itself enabling the petitioner (mother) to have visitation rights from

03:00 P.M. to 08:00 P.M.; and (iv) The petitioner and respondent shall go to the above venue alone with the two minor children, and they
