ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the official respondents in not accepting the tender of respondent No.5 as illegal and arbitrary and consequently to direct the official respondents to declare the petitioner as the lowest bidder and to pass such other order or orders.
2. Learned counsel representing Sri Sunil B Ganu, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that he has given no objection to the petitioner and that he is no longer appearing for the petitioner in this matter.
3. Learned Standing Counsel for Telangana State Civil Supplies Corporation appearing for respondents No.2 & 3 as well as learned counsel appearing for respondent No.5 submitted that the tender period has already expired and therefore the cause in this writ petition does not survive for adjudication and that it has become infructuous.
4. In view of the above submissions, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
