ORDER:

1. This Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the respondent Nos.2 and 3 in conducting the Survey in respect of land in Sy.Nos.277, 278 and 279 situated at Kandukur Gram Panchayath, Kandukur Revenue Village and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, without issuing any notice to the petitioner or without passing any order on the objection petitions of the petitioner dated 09.02.2021 and 11.02.2021 and sought a direction to the respondent Nos.2 and 3 not to conduct any survey in respect of the above said lands.

instant writ petition, this Court granted interim order on 23.02.2021 directing the respondent Nos.2 and 3 not to conduct any survey in respect of the lands in Sy.Nos.277, 278 and 279 situated at Kandukur Gram Panchayath, Kandukur Revenue Village and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District in view of pendency of O.S.No. 55 of 2021 filed by the respondent No.4 and O.S.No.79 of 2021 filed by the petitioner on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar,
