ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 2, to quash the proceedings in P.R.C.No.22 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of the First Class, Bhainsa, for the offences punishable under Sections 270, 273 and 328 read with Section

511 of IPC.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted that the issue involved in this Criminal Petition is squarely covered by the order dated 27.08.2018 passed by this Court in Criminal Petition No.3731 of 2018 and batch.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Petition is allowed in terms of the order dated 27.08.2018 passed in 4. Registry is directed to attach a copy of the order dated batch to this order.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
