ORDER
The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are not accepting the quarterly licensing fee and orally informing that the contract of the petitioner for operating GMU Tea Stall No.248 on Platform No.6 & 7 middle between Pillar 3069 & 3075 at Cherlapalli Railway Station is terminated on the ground that the petitioner commenced tea stall from 28.03.2025 instead of 26.02.2025 as per the contract agreement dated 07.02.2025.
2. The petitioner states that he is a proprietor concern and the respondent No.3, Senior Divisional Commercial Manager, South Central Railway, Secunderabad Division, issued a e-Auction tender on 27.01.2025 for setting up and running a Tea Stall in various Railway Stations. Subsequently, the petitioner participated in the said e-Auction for setting up and operation of Tea Stall in Cherlapalli Railway Station and became successful bidder in respect of Cherlapalli Railway Station and contract was awarded in his favour for operating a Tea Stall GMU-248 on Platform No.6 & 7 middle between Pillar 3069 & 3075.
