ORDER:
With the consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage.
2. Heard Mr. G. Raman Goud, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Finance appearing for respondent Nos.2, 5 and 6, learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 3 and Mr. M. Murali Krishna, learned Standing counsel for Accountant General appearing for respondent No.4.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner retired from service on 31.01.2025. Considering the pension proposals, respondent No.4 sanctioned pension to the petitioner vide Letter dated 20.03.2025. However, till now, his retirement benefits were not released by the respondents.
4. Learned Government Pleader submits that due to dearth of funds, the amounts could not be released to the petitioner, on time. However, in pursuance of Letter, dated 20.03.2025, amounts will be released to the beneficiaries.
5. Having regard to the above made submissions, this Writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to release retirement benefits to the petitioner in pursuance of Letter No.AG(A&E)/P14/V-751/SP997/2025-02/4370, dated 20.03.2025,
