O R D E R

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 9 and with the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing and disposal at admission stage.

2. The case of the petitioners in brief is that though the 1st petitioner is initially arrested in connection with Crime No.2 of 2024 on the file of Cyber Crime Police Station, Warangal, the respondents herein claiming that complaints have been received against the 1st petitioner herein, based on which, the respondents-authorities having registered crimes against him, are seeking to execute the same under PT warrants.

3. Petitioners further contend that since all the aforesaid FIRs registered against the petitioners herein, are arising out of same transaction, the respondents-authorities are to be restrained from registering multiple crimes against the 1st petitioner and all the FIRs registered are to be clubbed together for being tried, in the light of the judgment of this Court in Akbaruddin Owaisi v/s. State of A.P.
