ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioners - defendants aggrieved by the order dated 05.05.2022 passed in I.A.No.65 of 2021 in O.S.No.327 of 2021 by the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge - cum - XXV Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Ibrahimpatnam, Rangareddy District.

2. O.S.No.327 of 2021 is filed by the respondents - plaintiffs seeking the relief of perpetual injunction to restrain the defendants from causing any interference with their possession and enjoyment over the suit schedule A to E properties. I.A.No.65 of 2021 is filed by the defendants under Order XXVI Rule 9 of CPC seeking for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner to identify, demarcate and fix the boundaries of Survey Nos.216, 217 and 173 of Mangalpally Village with the help of Mandal Surveyor, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal and to file report along with sketches to scale.
