ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioners-decree holders aggrieved by the order dated 21.01.2020 passed by the III Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad in EA No.3 of 2017 in EP No.1 of

2005 in O.S. No.97 of 1983.

2. The case of the petitioners in brief was that the petitioners along with their late father had filed a suit for partition of joint family properties against the respondent Nos.1 and 2. The respondent No.1 was the brother of their late father and the respondent No.2 was the son of respondent No.1. Their father passed away and he was also represented by the petitioners 2 and 3. The respondent No.1 also passed away on 28.08.2008 and the respondent No.2 was the sole legal representative of the respondent No.1. The suit was filed in the year 1982 and numbered as 1502 of 1982 and subsequently, it was transferred to the court of the III Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad and renumbered as O.S.No.97 of 1983.
