ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration and Sri Farhan Azam Khan, learned Standing Counsel for the Telangana State Wakf Board appearing for the respondents. With their consent, this writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.
2. Aggrieved by the action of the respondent No.2 herein in not entertaining and registering the Sale Deed executed and presented by the petitioner in respect of house bearing No.43-341, in Sy.No.411/Part, admeasuring to an extent of 200-00 square yards, situated at Hanuman Nagar, near RTC Colony, Moula Ali, Malkajgiri, under GHMC of Malkajgiri Circle and Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration submits that without presenting the document, the petitioner has approached this Court seeking registration of the document.
