This Writ Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ, Order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the proceedings No.116/ Registrar/SKLTSHU/2105 dated 26.07.2018, issued by respondent No.8 as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law and against the principles of natural justice, violation of Article 14 of the Constitution of India, and consequently to set aside the same and direct the respondents to allow the petitioners to continue in their present posts with all service benefits and to pass such other orders as they deem fit.
