COMMON JUDGMENT

(per the Hon’ble Sri Justice P.SAM KOSHY Since the issue involved in the instant appeals is one and the same and the appellant and respondents therein are also same, we proceed to decide the instant appeals by way of this common judgment.

2. Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No.640 of 2005 is filed by the appellant herein, viz., M/s.
