ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 480 and 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhitha, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) seeking bail to the petitioner/accused No.21 in Crime No.180 of 2025 on the file of Chaitanyapuri Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate registered for the offences punishable under Section 143 (5) r/w. Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhitha, 2023 (for short ‘BNS’) and Sections

80, 81 and 88 of the Juvenile Justice Act, 2015.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner herein is involved in human trafficking and the petitioner allegedly purchased baby girl by paying Rs.2 lakhs. The remand case diary case would reveal that 60 persons were involved in the said trafficking.

3. Heard Mr. Baskula Athik, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/accused No.21 and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State. Perused the record.
