Heard Sri G. Arun Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Energy appearing on behalf of the respondent No.1 and Sri N. Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TGSSPDCL appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.2 to 5.
2. The petitioner approached the Court seeking prayer as under:
“….Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondent Nos. 3 to 5 in disconnecting the Electricity Service connection No. 114592356 to the petitioner servant room situated at House plot land admeasuring 250 Sq.yards equivalent to 209 Sq.Meter out of 1500 Sq.yards situated at Serilingampally village in Sy.No. 88/1 Serilingampally Mandal, Under GHMC Serilingampally Circle, Medchal- Malkajgiri district Telangnaa State without issuing notice and opportunity as is illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law and violation ofprincipesl of Natural Justice besides in violation of the Electricity act, 2003 and rules made there under and also violation of Article,
